Wood Floors and Cabinets

Furniture, ceramics (including porcelain), ivory figurines and many other objects of decorative art, as well as paintings and sculptures, eventually require restoration. Before experts begin the process of restoration they must determine the authenticity, materials, methods and date of manufacture of a piece.

Various methods of dating are used to determine the age of a piece, depending on the material. For instance, thermoluminescent dating may be used to obtain the firing date of a ceramic object or the casting date of a bronze.

Our restorers are trained to use different adhesives to reassemble broken objects, and different methods to clean marble, ivory and other materials. In the case of metal objects the restorer has to recognize genuine old patina and such problems as corrosion, bronze disease, etc.

Our success in art restoration and conservation is based on professional experience, knowledge and the traditions of many generations of master art restorers, combined with the use of advanced materials. During the restoration and conservation of art works we apply the same processes and techniques which were used by their original creators.

In the design and production of murals we use both traditional and contemporary or original motifs. Not matter how large or small the mural our highly professional artists produce, it will be a work of art worthy of your home or office.
